The practice was founded in Düsseldorf in 1950 by Patent Attorney Dr. Franz Redies. Today, Gille Hrabal with its other patent attorneys, is one of the larger patent attorney offices in Düsseldorf, which is the city in Germany where the most patent infringement procedures in Europe are handled.

Our patent attorneys have all been accredited before the European and German Patent and Trademark Office and have many years of professional experience. Furthermore, Dr. Prop has been accredited with the patent attorney qualification for the Netherlands and is authorized to represent before the Benelux Trademark Office.
In addition to German, all employers are very familiar with the English language. Some employees also have knowledge of French, Dutch and Spanish.
